Personal Belongings: SpinMAX is not responsible for any personal items left in clothing, including but not limited to money, jewelry, or electronic devices. Please check all pockets and remove any valuables before using our services.
Damage to Garments: While we take great care in handling your garments, SpinMAX is not liable for any damage caused by the laundering process, including but not limited to shrinkage, color fading, or fabric wear. Items made of delicate or non-washable materials should be handled with care and are washed at the customer’s own risk.
Lost or Misplaced Items: Although we make every effort to keep your items safe, SpinMAX is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items. Please ensure you collect all your belongings after your wash and dry cycle is complete.
Use of Equipment: Customers are responsible for using SpinMAX’s equipment properly. SpinMAX is not liable for any damage or loss caused by misuse of washing machines, dryers, or any other equipment. If you experience any issues with the machines, please inform our staff immediately.
Time Limits: Please be mindful of the time limits on machines. SpinMAX reserves the right to remove clothing left unattended for an extended period to accommodate other customers.
Health and Safety: Customers are responsible for ensuring that their laundry is free from hazardous materials, including sharp objects, chemicals, or biohazardous substances. SpinMAX reserves the right to refuse service if such items are found.
Allergies: SpinMAX uses standard detergents and cleaning agents. If you have specific allergies or sensitivities, please notify us or use your own cleaning products.
